Cancellation Policy

At Viera Body & Wellness, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service for every client. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Changes and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee

No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be considered a "no-show."
No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee and may require a deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule, depending on the length of your appointment and our availability.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and could incur a cancellation fee.

Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Emergencies and Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to provide the required notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
